Supplement Protocol
This is what I take daily for my longevity, cellular, mitochondria, and overall health goals. I don't recommend this, this is just what I do. Each one is linked to the exact brand I like and use.
I take other supplements from time to time depending on how my blood work looks but these are staples for me.
- Astaxanthin 12mg or this one - Powerful antioxidant, protects cells from oxidative stress. Supports eye, brain, and heart health
- Vitamin C 120mg - Immune health etc

Fisetin 200mg - Helps clear out damaged / aging cells. supports longevity
- N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine (NAC) 1,000mg - Precursor to glutathione (your body uses this to make glutathione) supports lung, liver, and detoxing
- NMN powder or Liposomal NMN 200mg - your body uses this to create NAD, longevity support
- Omegas 1,000mg

Prebiotic 5g - Organic fiber to feed the probiotics and support a healthy microbiome

Pterostilbene 100mg - Longevity support and more bioavailable than resveratrol

Probiotic- I do a GI map test to test what probiotics would be beneficial to my microbiome so I specifically take akkermansia

Plant sterols - Currently an experiment I’m doing on myself with cholesterol. Shown to be effective in supporting healthy cholesterol / metabolism

Injectable peptides: epitalon peptide 2x per year, ghkcu peptide (I cycle on and off of this), daily NAD injection. you need a prescription for these. ask your doctor before taking any supplements.
